Where do you get the apparel from for customizations?
Peaches & Crafts works directly with Peachy Pia, which is where we get our athletic apparel to customize.
Is there a minimum order amount for customizations?
For customizes items, there is an MOQ of 10 per item.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
For orders of 50 or more, we offer discounts for purchasing in bulk based on the size of your group or on the total value of the order (whichever is greater.)
Will I be able to approve the design before placing my order?
Once your initial inquiry is sent, we will respond to you with information regarding designs and pricing. We will not begin the design process until your initial deposit is sent. However, you will have the opportunity to fully approve the mockup/design before production begins.
Do you only customize/make the items that are shown on your site, or can you make other items?
We have experience customizing many items, including products that are not shown on the site. For your convenience, we've created a product list of items we have done customizations to in the past. If you are looking for something that isn't shown on our website, contact us with a detailed message of what you're looking for and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with what we can do.
Do you offer embroidery?
Not yet. Peaches & Crafts is working to incorporate embroidery for customizations as soon as possible.
Can you do customizations for kids apparel too, or just adults?
We offer customizations for all sizes.
Turnaround time varies on a case-by-case basis. Should your order require extra time, we will absolutely communicate the expected amount needed to ensure you are along with us every step of the way. Although we are a small business just starting out, please be assured that we work very efficiently and diligently to get your customizations done as quickly as possible.
